Tepache Sazon

While not as popular as it should be outside of Mexico, Tepache is a super-refreshing non-alc fermented soft drink, made from pineapple, peels and brown sugar. Tepache Sazón is a new brand in the US that is made from a traditional recipe in the coastal Mexican village of San Pancho, Nayarit, where they crush and ferment locally-grown, hand-harvested fruit with an emphasis on freshness and ripeness. Get your hand son some if you can, you won’t regret it.
