Add PSalt is a purpose-led retail brand accelerator, aiming to bring more diversity to fmcg, through offering mentorship from senior industry experts to black brand owners who experience challenges to scaling their businesses through lack of social capital and networks.
Our involvement has been as brand and design consultant, working alongside the Add PSalt senior team, with the ultimate goal of securing listings for black entrepreneurs. Over the years our work has been crucial to generating relationships and protecting interests with important UK-based retailers, across a number of cohorts.
